Terms & Conditions for 7db — Please Read Before Playing

Eligibility and Age Verification

To register and use the 7db platform you must: (a) be at least 21 years of age; (b) be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into binding agreements; (c) not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited; and (d) not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of 7db or its affiliated entities.

7db reserves the right to request identity documents — including a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or equivalent — at any time. Accounts that cannot complete identity verification will have withdrawals suspended until verification is satisfied. We reserve the right to permanently close accounts where underage gambling is suspected or confirmed, and to withhold any balance associated with such an account pending investigation.

Account Registration and Management

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 7db platform. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any pending balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 7db support immediately at [email protected]. 7db will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to keep your login details secure.

Account information must be accurate and kept up to date at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification is grounds for immediate account suspension.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

All transactions on 7db are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Visa/Mastercard where available. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method and are detailed on the cashier page.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible, as a fraud prevention measure. 7db reserves the right to request additional identity or payment verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests will be reviewed within the timeframes published on the cashier page; actual transfer times depend on the payment provider.

Players must not use the platform for payment processing, money transfers, or any purpose other than legitimate gambling entertainment. Any attempt to deposit and withdraw funds without genuine wagering activity may be treated as attempted money laundering and reported to the relevant authorities.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

7db may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each offer is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution weightings, maximum bet limits during bonus play, and expiry dates. These supplementary bonus terms are published alongside each individual offer and form part of these Terms.

Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise. 7db reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time without prior notice if abuse or fraud is suspected. Winnings derived from bonuses that were claimed in breach of their terms may be voided and removed from the account balance.

Bonus funds and real-money funds are kept separate in the account balance. Real-money funds are used first unless the applicable bonus terms specify otherwise. Players may opt out of receiving bonuses by contacting support prior to making a deposit.

Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets placed on 7db are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, or game type. These rules are available within the platform and cover settlement procedures, void conditions, dead heat rules, and related matters. It is the Player's responsibility to review the applicable rules before placing a bet.

7db reserves the right to suspend betting markets at any time — particularly in cases of suspected match-fixing, unusual betting patterns, or technical errors. Bets placed after the scheduled event start time (late bets) will be voided unless clearly designated as in-play markets.

In the event of an obvious technical or human error in the display of odds — including but not limited to odds that are grossly inconsistent with market prices — 7db reserves the right to void any affected bets, regardless of whether settlement has already occurred. Players who knowingly exploit pricing errors will have their accounts reviewed and may be permanently closed.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited: collusion with other players, use of betting bots or automated wagering software, arbitrage strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, and any form of insider information-based wagering. 7db employs fraud detection systems and will take action — including account closure and balance forfeiture — against accounts found to be engaged in prohibited conduct.

Responsible Gaming

7db is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The platform provides tools to help Players maintain control of their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. Players who self-exclude from 7db will have their accounts suspended for the duration of the exclusion period. Intellectual Property

All content on the 7db platform — including but not limited to software, code, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and game titles — is the property of 7db or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content or software on the 7db platform without the prior written consent of 7db. Unauthorised use of platform content may result in civil and criminal liability.

Privacy and Data Protection

7db collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes data collected for account verification, fraud prevention, payment processing, and customer support purposes.

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard SSL encryption. 7db does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors and identity verification providers strictly as necessary to operate the platform and comply with applicable regulations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7db shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss arising from your use of the platform; (b) loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity; (c) technical failures, interruptions, or errors outside 7db's reasonable control, including failures by third-party payment providers; or (d) any loss arising from your reliance on information or content published on the platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.

Suspension, Closure, and Termination

7db reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to complete identity verification; provision of false registration information; or conduct that 7db deems harmful to the platform or its other players.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (after deduction of any bonus funds or voided winnings) will be returned to the Player via the payment method on file, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Accounts closed for fraud or Terms violations may have their balances withheld pending investigation.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 7db support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Closing an account does not automatically cancel any outstanding bets; those bets will continue to be settled according to the applicable rules.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute, you agree to contact 7db support in the first instance and allow a reasonable period for resolution before pursuing any other avenue.

Any formal dispute that cannot be resolved through the support process will be subject to binding arbitration. 7db's decision on matters relating to bet settlement, account status, and bonus eligibility is final unless demonstrably erroneous.

Modifications to the Platform

7db reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform — including games, betting markets, payment methods, and promotional features — at any time and without prior notice. We will endeavour to communicate significant changes in advance where practicable, but are not obligated to do so.

7db does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated where possible. No compensation will be payable for platform downtime except where a confirmed bet was directly and demonstrably affected by a platform failure during an active market.
